Arohanui means great love. We bring it to every plan we design — person-centred support that adapts to your life, led by people who genuinely listen.
Compassion. Dignity. Connection.
Compassion-led leadership
Support across daily life
Support work, done right
We're a Perth-based NDIS provider built on a simple belief — that no two people should ever receive the same plan. Everything we do starts with you: your routines, your goals, the small things that matter.
Six ways we show up — each one shaped around the person, never the funding line.
Personal care, daily living, meals and medication — delivered with warmth and consistency.
Learn moreOutings, activities and connection that build confidence and genuine belonging.
Learn moreActive overnight care and respite, so families can rest knowing their person is safe.
Learn moreSIL and ILO arrangements designed around your pace and your goals.
Learn moreCoordinated physical and emotional support that works together, not in silos.
Learn moreTransparent, itemised handling of every NDIS dollar, coordinated with care.
Learn moreThe values that shape every interaction — and set us apart.
Arohanui means great love — and it's the standard we hold ourselves to, every shift.
No templates. We learn your story before a single service is ever proposed.
Your plan is a living thing. As life shifts, the support shifts with it.
From assessments to reviews, we're in your corner, fighting for what you deserve.
Most people arrive here at one of these moments. Wherever you are, there's a calm next step — and Charlotte will walk it with you.
The funding's approved but the paperwork feels like another language. We'll translate it, line by line, and turn it into actual support.
Start hereSomething isn't working — inconsistent faces, missed visits, support that never fit. Moving across is easier than you think, and we make it seamless.
Make the moveA parent, a partner, a child. You're carrying a lot. Let us take the weight of the day-to-day so you can go back to simply being family.
Share the loadNo pressure, no obligation — just a genuine conversation about what great support looks like for you.
Walk into most providers and you're handed a menu — a fixed set of services, your life quietly trimmed to fit. Charlotte built Arohanui to do the exact opposite.
Over a caring career spanning high-needs and complex disability support, behaviour-led care, mental health and end-of-life dignity, Charlotte learned what most systems forget: support only works when it's shaped to the person, not the person to the support.
She has sat with families on their hardest days, and built routines that gave people back their independence one deliberate step at a time. That hands-on depth is why her plans land differently — she has seen what generic care costs people, so she refuses to give it.
Most people come to Charlotte tired of being treated as a case number — assessed, categorised, and handed a plan that was never really theirs. Her approach is the opposite of that. Four commitments, in the order they actually matter, that turn an NDIS plan into a life that feels like your own.
Nothing is decided until Charlotte truly understands you — your story, your goals, your day, and the things that matter to no one else. No assumptions, no templates, no rushing. Just the rare experience of being genuinely listened to, and believed.
Warmth is nothing without competence. With deep, current knowledge of the NDIS — including the new framework and I-CAN v6 — Charlotte knows how to turn your funding into real outcomes, navigate the system on your behalf, and make every dollar of your plan work as hard as you do.
You'll see the same trusted faces, not a rotating cast of strangers. Care delivered with genuine warmth, patience and dignity — the kind you'd want for someone you love, because that's exactly the standard Charlotte holds her team to.
This is your life and your plan — Charlotte's role is to expand what's possible, never to take the wheel. She advocates fiercely, explains every option in plain language, and makes sure the decisions always stay where they belong: with you.
Confident, calm support where deep experience is not optional.
Positive, person-first strategies that de-escalate and protect dignity.
Care that holds the emotional as carefully as the physical.
Rebuilding capability one deliberate step at a time.
Deep, current knowledge of the reforms and I-CAN v6.
Presence and grace through the hardest seasons.
She didn't ask us to fit into a program. She sat at our kitchen table for two hours and just listened — and the plan she built understood our son better than services we'd used for years.
“Charlotte changed what I thought support could be. Nothing is generic with her. She noticed the small things no one else ever did.”
“When our circumstances changed overnight, she had the plan reshaped within days. She just quietly held everything together.”
“I've worked alongside a lot of providers. Charlotte's depth with high-needs clients is genuinely rare. Knowledge and an enormous heart.”
The best way to understand how Charlotte works is to sit down with her. No pressure — just your story.

We prepare you with journaling frameworks, attend as your support person, help you articulate your needs, and advocate for the funding you deserve.
We sit with you. We prepare you. We advocate for you.
There are three ways an NDIS plan can be managed — and the way yours is managed decides how easily you can choose us. Here's the plain-English version.
You have total freedom to choose any provider, registered or not. We invoice you directly and you claim it back through the portal.
A financial intermediary settles invoices on your behalf. You still get full choice of provider — we simply bill your plan manager.
The agency manages your budget and pays registered providers. As an NDIS-registered provider, we're fully able to support you.
Not sure which one you're on? It's written on your plan — or just call Charlotte on 0484 670 985 and she'll tell you in two minutes.
Charlotte will personally walk you through what's changing, what stays the same, and how your plan is protected.
No buzzwords — just the things that actually make a difference to your week.
We pair you with participants by personality and interests, not just availability. Better matches, better days.
Reliable, regular hours that fit your life. We roster fairly — last-minute chaos is not the standard.
Full onboarding plus ongoing development, including I-CAN v6 and the new framework. We invest in you.
A coordinator who knows your name and a 24/7 on-call line. You're never out there on your own.
Above-award rates, penalties paid properly, and on-time pay. Your work is valued — visibly.
Clear pathways into senior support, coordination and mentoring as Arohanui grows.
